Specialized in Production, it was my responsibility to handle external relationships and proofread collateral files before sending to print. This role was crucial in developing my communication skills by teaching me to build relationships with external partners and vendors. I also gained experience in handling highly-confidential information and material. While on the Communications Strategy team for Walt Disney World, I was one of the few responsible for ordering all park guidemaps for every property resort-wide. I was able to utilize my organizational skills as my team relied on me to archive all print collateral.

After my internship with the Communications team at Disney Programs, I had the opportunity to join the Program Administrative Services team as a System Specialist. Disney Programs relied on me as on-site technical support, where I ensured seamless functionality of all technology components for Disney Programs staff and participants. My responsibilities included auditing and managing integration logs for Disney On-site Residential Maintenance System (DORMS), managing access of email distribution lists for hundreds of leaders, and daily maintenance and updates of technology systems to optimize operational efficiency.
